In this, the ICM's 70th year, the ICM has decided to mark the occasion by teaming up with some of the biggest names in the credit industry to publish this small momento.
Featuring bite-sized pearls of wisdom across a wide range of topics, from knowing your customer to enforcing a judgment, this pocket guide may just provide that nugget of inspiration you need to help you make that tricky credit decision or collect that long-overdue debt.
